This is a custom configured Senfeng 4'x4' Fiber Laser with a 1500w IPG Laser Source

This machine was configured for sheet metal cutting, but can also cut carbon steel up to 3/8" thick, in addition to stainless, aluminum, brass, etc, at various thicknesses.  This machine was configured with a high quality IPG laser source and uses Delta Servo Drives/Motors and other high quality motion components.  It has an autofocus, and many great software features like nesting, and edge finding, etc.

The machine runs very smooth and fast, and cuts like butter.  The IPG source has not even been installed yet, test cutting done with a different laser source, so it is brand new, and ready for many years of service.  These fiber laser have life expectancy of 50,000+ cutting hours.

This machine has a 4'x4' work envelope, and it takes up only about 7'x7' of floor space.  It comes with the laser chiller and the fume extractor as well.  The table also slides out of the front of the machine for easy loading and unloading of material.

We are happy to run some sample test cuts for you, and you can inspect on site under power if you would like.
