RETURN, REFUND, and CANCELLATION POLICY
We offer refunds on all products (except custom order, HSD and Hiteco branded products) within 30 days of shipment delivery. Products must be returned in the condition they were received, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to withhold up to 10% of the refund amount as a restocking fee to cover expenses related to the return and restock of the product. This includes, but is not limited to shipping/handling costs, payment processing fees, etc.
Orders that are cancelled prior to shipment, may be subject to a 3% restock fee to cover payment processing charges that are not refunded by payment processors.
Refunds/cancellations are not available custom orders, Hiteco, or HSD branded products.
Most of our products are built to order and therefore, extended lead times are to be expected. We post estimated lead times on the product pages, and we do are very best to ensure that we meet those estimates. However, due to the complex nature of our products, and the thorough testing that all products undergo, lead times may vary from their estimates.
